Grace is a Service Specialist who helps create a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new adopters. As the first point of contact for employees and clients, she’s always ready to assist with account questions, updates, enrollments, and loan or distribution requests. Grace enjoys making the process easy to understand and strives to provide clear, reliable support to everyone she works with.

Outside of work, Grace loves reading, strength training, hiking, and playing the piano.
