Hailey graduated as an honors student with a BS in Healthcare Administration and a minor in Business Management from Utah Valley University. She is known for her strong organizational skills, decisiveness, conscientiousness, and genuine passion for helping others succeed. Hailey works to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new adopters and stands as the first point of contact for employees and clients when it comes to general account questions or changes, enrollments, and loans or distributions.  

Interests outside of work include rock climbing, hiking, playing the piano, spending quality time with family and friends, and traveling the world.
